[TN-Bird] SEPIF agenda update

Please see an expanded agenda for specific sessions at the next SE
Partners in Flight meeting in Memphis in Feb 2007.

Be sure to get your abstracts submitted by 12 January and your early
registration fees.  If you are a student (or have them), be sure to note
with your abstract that you are interested in applying for the student
travel award (exact amount to be determined).
