[TN-Bird] Rufous Hummingbird Day 32

Willie was right on time again this morning for his first sip of sugar
water - 6:28 a.m. He's been a little nervous because so many yard birds
are flying around his feeding area and all his visits thus far have been
quick ones. But the temperature last night was a bit milder so he
probably isn't as desperate to eat today. We asked ourselves a question
we've asked several times as we peered into the darkness awaiting his
arrival - "Why are we so excited every day about seeing him?". And the
answer is - we don't know. Virginia is sick today with a cold and she
still couldn't stay in bed and miss seeing him. Our children are sure
we are ready for some sort of mental care institution. Do beautiful
Rufous Hummingbirds create a neurological problem? If so I hope the
condition persists.

One more day and he gets on the official CBC for DeKalb County.
