[TN-Bird] Ruddy Ground Dove present today - new photo of tail.

The Ruddy Ground-Dove is being very cooperative and was seen by two groups,  
that I know of, today. I've added a photo taken by Mike Todd showing the 
spread  tail and a short note on the two races.
