Yesterday morning I had a great look at a Royal Tern on Center Hill Lake near
the Rt. 56 bridge. We saw a white bird in the distance, we raced over in our
pontoon boat and had a great view! The bird flew nearly over head about 40m
away. It had a completely black cap, bright yellow-orange bill, and mostly
white underwings.
