[TN-Bird] Rough-legged Hawks

Thanks to Roi Shannon for taking a few hours off to bird with me in =
Bledsoe county - to show me the area where the Rough-Legged Hawks have =
wintered for the past six years (at least).

This was a Tenn. bird and a Year bird for me.
Also had a huge flock of Horned Larks - with at least fifty birds in the =
flock.

Don't know if Roi estimated the number he counted - but I think there =
were probably 20 to 25 Savannah Sparrows.  This was a great afternoon.  =
Just after we saw the RLHA the rain became a steady downpour. =20
