[TN-Bird] Rough-legged Hawk at Joachim Bible refuge in Greene County

Glen Eller (Kingsport) and I saw the ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK this morning at the 
Joachim Bible refuge in Greene County.  We saw it from Matthews Lane off 
Concord Road and again later, with a better view, on S. Mohawk Rd. between 
Bible Chapel Rd and Murray Bridge Rd near the bridge.  We also had good views 
of  N. HARRIERS on several occasions and saw a number of RED-TAILED HAWKS.
On the way home, I saw two LOGGERHEAD SHRIKES along Jackson Road in NW 
Washington Co.
