[TN-Bird] Roan Mtn. CBC

The Roan Mountain CBC was held on Wed., 29 Dec.
Temperatures were 17-38 F under clear to partly cloudy skies.
It was windy, particularly so on top of the mountain.
Also, there was about 2 inches of snow & ice on top.

Six observers in 2 parties.
Only 37 species.
(The wind hurt & there are no cones in the spruce-fir forest.)
