[TN-Bird] River Watch - Memphis

Spent an hour and a half in the rain in the morning and located an old  
friend sitting on a stump on Dacus Bar. One of the Peregrines that spend a  lot 
of 
time hunting the bar is back on duty. It tried to take an unlucky Wood  Duck 
that happened by but tied of trying to snatch it from the water and went  back 
to one of its favorite perches to preen. I got a couple of photos. The only  
other movement was a couple of Ring-billed Gulls and a first year LAUGHING  
GULL that came in and rested on the upper Loosahatchie Bar and then moved 
south.
