[TN-Bird] Rice fields in Black Bayou at Reelfoot, Lake co

The answer to everyones inquiry is .....NOW. I just got back in town and they 
had cut  a small portion  and were still out by the equipment, will probably 
cut some more this evening. Hopefully there is still some moisture.  I will 
check tires this evening if they do any more cutting today. Any one coming up , 
be very cautious and stay off of private land!!!! Mr. Senger does not even want 
us watching from the road.
