[TN-Bird] Reelfoot Lake RFI

TN-Birders,

I will be in the area of Reelfoot Lake for a couple of days next week (Dec. 4 
& 5).  I would appreciate specific directions for any of the following birds:

Lapland and Smith's Longspurs (where are the "Smith's Fields")
Short-eared Owl
Eared Grebe
Golden Eagle
Any unusual hawks (non-Red-tailed/Red-shouldered)
Winter Finches / Crossbills
Western Meadowlark
Any Scoters

What can I expect in the way of temperatures / snow?  I have spent many years 
in Florida, so I want to know what to expect.
