[tn-bird] Reelfoot Lake Area Help!

Hello West TN. birders,
A group of ETSU students and I are heading to Reelfoot on 2-28 through 3-3 and 
I need some help finding some good birds.  In particular:
Prairie Falcon
Short-eared Owls
Eurasian Collared-Dove
Inca Dove
Yellow-headed Blackbird
Brewer's Blackbird
Harris's Sparrow
Lapland Longspur
Smith's Longspur
Spotted Towhee
Western Meadowlark
and any other good birds in the area!
If anyone has any detailed info. on where to find these birds please e-mail me 
the directions to these locations even if there close to the Reelfoot area.  I 
have a DeLorme map if you can use it to help me find these birds.  Thank you in 
advance for all of your help.
