[TN-Bird] Red-necked Grebe photo

I have uploaded a distant photo of the Red-necked Grebe that I was
finally able to get yesterday. My photo is distant, but ID'able,
although I think Jeff came away with much better photos of this bird, as
he has a lot more reach with his setup than I do with mine. Hopefully
this bird will hang around at Britton Ford for a little while longer to
delight us. As Jeff has already mentioned, it may take some persistence
to locate this bird, as it moves around alot and can disappear in a
hurry. With a little luck, you'll be able to enjoy the bird in (a short)
flight, and see the wing pattern which about knocked my socks off! Lots
of birds to go through in the area.
