Cold weather and a busy schedule have reduced my birding time lately, but I've 
hit a few spots and found some noteworthy birds. Here's a rundown--

Northern Harrier (1 Greene, Feb. 13-14) 
Cooper's Hawk (1 Greene, Feb. 8, 19, 26) 
Red-shouldered Hawk (1 Greene, Feb. 13; 1 Hawkins, Feb. 20)
