[TN-Bird] Reauthorization of Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act

The American Bird Conservancy (ABC) recommends that each of us contact our
Senators concerning reauthorization of the federal Neotropical Migratory Bird
Conservation Act. The bill has just passed in the House. It is now up for
action by the Senate. The bill proposes an increase in funding from $6 million
to $20 million per year by 2015. This means that many of the conservation
projects that cannot currently be funded would be able to receive support. ABC
provides a simple fully automated online system to guide you in submitting your
comments to our Senators. To access the ABC site, click on
http://org2.democracyinaction.org/o/5400/t/2205/p/dia/action/public/?action_KEY?6.

We each can again make a difference! Thanks for your help.
