[TN-Bird] Re: Rankin This Afternoon

FYI, there should be a sign at the RR crossing with a phone number to call when 
the train blocks the road (it's not uncommon). Whenever I've called the number, 
the train would be moved with 15-20 minutes at most.  I thought the phone 
number was also in the directions on the TOS website but a quick check just now 
didn't find it.  Something we should add.
