[TN-Bird] Rankin Bottoms

Rankin Bottoms, Cocke Co., TN

Shorebird numbers much reduced, possibly due to falcon presence or to fresh 
habitat
exposed in the Ten Islands area (difficult to access by foot).  Still some nice 
birds today.

Blue-winged Teal - 115
Pied-billed Grebe - 3
Dbl-cr. Cormorant - 75+
Great Egret - 85+
Black-bellied Plover - 1, on Dutch Bottoms side
Am. Golden-Plover - 2
Gr. Yellowlegs - 1
Lsr. Yellowlegs - 3
Sanderling - 4
Semipalmated Sandpiper - 4
Least Sandpiper - 6
Baird's Sandpiper - 7
Pectoral Sandpiper - 2
Ring-billed Gull - 112, also on Dutch Bottoms side
