[tn-bird] Radnor Peregrine

On a quick trip to Radnor Lake (Davidson Co., TN) this morning I was surprised
to find an adult Peregrine Falcon sitting on a dead snag across the lake. I
watched as it ruffled its feathers and attempted to dry itself out after last
nights drenching rain. By the time I passed by that spot again about 30 minutes
later, the bird was gone.

There was some nice migrant activity this morning. Oddly enough Black and White
Warblers were the most numerous with about 15 seen. There were also several
each of Magnolia, Redstart and Tennessee. Also seen were 2 Wilson's,
Chestnut-sided, Ovenbird, and Orange-crowned Warblers. Other migrants noted
include Swainson's and Gray-cheeked Thrush, Yellow-throated Vireo,
Yellow-bellied and Acadian Flycatchers.

Good Birding!
