[TN-Bird] Radnor Lake fos Hermit Thrush

Radnor Lake State Natural Area
Davidson Co.
Nashville, TN
Monday 2009 Nov. 2
6:45-8-35 am
clear and chilly

I walked around Radnor Lake on Monday morning hoping that some additonal
duck might have arrived. I found 4 species that I had seen there
previously this fall. However, I did find my first of the season (fos)
HERMIT THRUSHes and spotted a single latish TENNESSEE WARBLER at
Grassy Point. The BLUE-HEADED VIREO that I had seen around the
dam on 3 different days last week was gone, finally deciding it
was past time to move south.

Birds of interest included:

Canada Goose 105
Wood Duck 8
Gadwall 5
Ring-necked Duck 15
Ruddy Duck 1
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker 3
N. Flicker 1
Eastern Phoebe 2
Winter Wren 1
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 4
Hermit Thrush 2
Tennessee Warbler 1
Yellow-rumped Warbler 15
American Goldfinch 21
