[TN-Bird] Radnor Lake Surf Scoter Image

Shot ~1:45 this afternoon from the paved road, just past the first viewing 
platform.
Looks to be an adult female, but I didn't get any good looks at the belly, and 
I'm notvery familiar with the species. 
Could this be one of the females spotted by Chad Smith in Murfreesboro on 12/24?
