[TN-Bird] Possible Broad-winged hawk?

This past Saturday, Feb. 26, while working at my home in the Roane
County end of Oak Ridge, I heard what sounded like a broad-winged hawk
call (monotone whistle) coming from way up high. I couldn't locate a
bird after searching for a long time. There were some blue jays in the
area but this call sounded like it came "from on high" so to speak. Was
I hearing things or could this have been a broad-winged this early? I
haven't had time to research any records regarding early sightings but I
figured someone out there would have the info in their head.
