TN - Birders:
Thanks to David Patterson in our area
and to several GA birders on their list
serve for letting us know to be on the
look-out for Pine Siskins.
As I drove in the driveway this afternoon
I saw and heard (quickly lowered my
window) Pine Siskins flying across the
drive and around in the front yard. There
were about ten birds in this group. Most
were siskins but unsure if they all were.
Our winter birds are taking my mind
somewhat away from the loss of our
hummingbirds.
I still don't have my juncos.
