TN-Birders:
Kristine Johnson and I saw a large Peregrine Falcon (female?)
in adult plumage at the Pinnacle, yesterday Feb 21. As usual, it
put on a magnificient display, soaring and diving. She seemed
to be calling to another falcon in the vicinity, but we were never
able to see it, though we did hear it.
On the way down, we heard three Barred Owls in a call-and-response.
