[TN-Bird] Northern Goshawk in Montgomery County

I took a photo of what I thought was a Copper's Hawk which now appears to  be 
a juvenile Northern Goshawk. It is posted at

I took pic 11.6.2007 in Southwest Montgomery County near the Cumberland  
River. What little research I have done tells me this is not the normal range  
for 
this bird. Am I right?
