[TN-Bird] No Townsend's Solitaire

I was at the Townsend's Solitaire spot in Seven Islands Wildlife Refuge in East 
Knox County today from 12:00 until 2:00.  I did not see the Townsend's 
Solitaire.  It became windy and very few birds showed.
