[TN-Bird] Nickajack CBC results

The Nickajack CBC was held on December 30. The 18 participants found a total
of 94 species.

Highlights...
  Green-winged Teal - 6
  Forster's Tern - 1
  Barn Owl - 1
  Short-eared Owl - 1
  Sedge Wren - 1
  Orange-crowned Warbler - 1

This is only the second year I have compiled this count but I didn't notice
any major misses. Water fowl numbers were generally down but we did well on
the number of species found.
