Hi All, Eight members participated in today's unseasonably warm, blustery field trip to Percy Priest Lake. Our species total, fourty, was not remarkable but we did get good looks at some great birds; an Osprey fishing, a fine group of Hooded Mergansers, a fly-over of Wild Turkeys and a in your face look at a Ruby-crowned Kinglet with his crest raised. Our next outing is to the Duck Rv. and Big Sandy units of Tn. NWR the first Saturday in December. More info to follow. Hope to see you there.
