[TN-Bird] NOTICE TO ALL SUBSCRIBERS

TN-Birders:
The recent statement "(even notice the jerks who pollute are usually not
drinkers of quality beer?  Always Budweiser or Miller or Coors products -
low class beverage for low class people)" is not appropirate for the
Tennessee Birds Net.

That comment was posted in a message "Love is in the air, and an answer to a
Smokies question."

As owner of the list I am asking all persons who post to TN-Birds to please
not post such comments.

TN-Birds and all other such public lists are subject to laws of libel which
protect both individuals and companies.

Left unmoderated, such posts might become a more frequent problem for our
list.
