[TN-Bird] Mystery bird part 2

The three folks who sent me their take on the mystery bird I
described earlier all went through a similar thought process as I
did, and wound up in a similar place to where I had: the bird could
be matched by a very drab, very plain juvenile Pine Warbler. A very
very drab juvenile Magnolia was also a possibility. The size and
shape especially tended towards Pine, and they do nest in the County,
so that is what I had pretty much settled on. Then, just when I
thought I had a new tickie for the yard list, the bird vocalized and
threw a monkey wrench into my works. It made two different sounds,
both unlike typical Pine Warbler sounds:

Vocalization #1: given once. A vireo-like "cha-cha-cha" scolding note.
Vocalization #2: given several times: a short, faint squeaky sort of
"proto-song" that consisted of a couple of chips and a *slowish*
squeaky warble.

Thoughts?
