[TN-Bird] Mottled Duck is back

Just talked to Jeff Wilson, and the Mottled Duck arrived back at TVA Lake at
about 2:30 this afternoon. It came in from the north by itself, and has
rejoined the other ducks and gone to sleep.

Lots of Wind Birds today as well, but I'll let Jeff fill in the details
there.
