Today Debbie and I located a nesting pair Scissor-tailed Flycatchers in Bledsoe
County. Approx. nine miles north of Pikeville take Nine-Mile Crossroad east
0.75 mile. Second pole on right has 3 transformers. Nest is on left
transformer. A Snow Goose is on Swafford Pond approx. 2 miles east of Pikeville
off East Valley Rd. Take Cumberland St. at second light.
The Common Merganser seen last winter in Dayton is still present. It was seen
in front of the Riverside Cafe in the creek.
