[TN-Bird] Mississippi Kites in Gibson County

Today, June 13 I had 16 Mississippi Kites feeding and putting on a show along
Hwy. 104W in Gibson County just east of the Central community. I've had them
in Gibson County on several occaisions in the past but never more than 3-4 at a
time.
I'm still getting House Wrens singing all over the place - in the last week
I've had them in Obion, Trimble, Trenton, Rutherford, Dyer, Kenton, Bells, and
Alamo. They seem to be almost as numerous as Eurasian Collared-Doves!

I'm still seeing small groups of Cedar Waxwings around as well. I probably saw
five or six groups in the last week in different location here in NW TN. I've
got a pair in my yard here in the Mt. Orange community just outside of Trenton
in Gibson County acting very suspicious (nesting?) like they did last June. I
never found a nest last year although just the other day I saw an adult
carrying food. I tried to follow it but it disappeared in some pine trees.

Good birding!
