[TN-Bird] Migrants at Cravens House (Golden-winged and Cerulean Warblers) Lookout Mountain, Hamilton County, TN/ Terns above Chickamauga Dam

Daniel Jacobson, Gary Brunvoll, Betty Wampler, Carol Fegarido and I had
one of the better warbler movements I have witnessed for August at the
Cravens House on Sunday, Aug. 27  from 8:00 - 11:00 EDT.  Highlights
included:
 

13 species of warblers:

 

2 male GOLDEN-WINGED

2 male and female Cerulean

1 male Blue-winged

1 Yellow (a rare migrant at the Cravens House)

1 Northern Parula (seen later in the day at my residence)

1 female Blackburnian

2 Black-throated Green

4 Chestnut-sided

2 Magnolia

2 American Redstart

2 Black and White

2 Worm-eating

4 Hooded

 

1 Yellow-throated Vireo

15 Red-eyed Vireo

 

 

Up to 9 Black Terns and 2 Forster's Terns are being seen above
Chickamauga dam.  Harold Birch discovered them on Aug 26 and John
Henderson, Dan Jacobson and I have observed various numbers of them
through Aug 28.
