[TN-Bird] Migrant water birds on Lake Chickamauga, Hamilton co.

I observed a large loose flock of an assortment of migrating waterbirds on
Chickamauga Lake (Hamilton co., TN) around 1645 EST on November 29.  The
raft was spread out over a couple of hundred yards.  This is a regular
occurrence in the wide, deep stretch of Chickamauga Lake between Chickamauga
Dam and Booker T Washington State Park from the end of November through the
first couple of weeks of December.  My favorite viewing area is on Bal
Harbor Road on the south side of the lake. The flock contained all of the
following species except the gulls which were in a raft of their own:
 

37 Gadwall

24 REDHEAD

6 Ring-necked Duck

98 Lesser Scaup

20 Bufflehead

26 Red-breasted Merganser

9 Common Loon

33 Horned Grebe

12 Pied-billed Grebe

1 Double-crested Cormorant

76 Bonaparte's Gull

261 Ring-billed Gull
