[TN-Bird] Marked Whooper at Hiwassee WR

Ken Dubke reported Monday, Nov, 17, that he saw a Whooping Cranes at
Hiwassee WR.  He has identified it as marked crane No. 1 which was in the
first group escorted down the year before last.
