[TN-Bird] L-t Jaeger

I spent about an hour this morning and did not see the Jaeger.  I took exit 31 
off I-24.  At the exit you will see a sign for Barkley Dam but in a short time 
(going south) you will see the road (and signage) that takes you to the KY Dam 
(it will be on the right).  If the bird is still present I may try again on 
Saturday.
