[TN-Bird] Lower Rio Grande Valley (TX) photos

Spent 6 days in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas and managed to photograph 
some cool birds, including varied and blue buntings, several species of 
raptors, and both south Texas specialty kingfishers.  Unfortunately it 
threatened rain most days, so no photos of the female crimson-collared 
grosbeak, rose-throated becard, or the pauraque on the ground in daylight.  I 
ran into Jean Alexander and David Johnson from Alcoa at Saleneno, which was a 
pleasure.  (I hope they found what we were looking for.)  Thanks to Mike Todd 
for all the good advice.
