[TN-Bird] Louisiana Waterthrush; Davidson Cty

Yesterday morning (Sunday, March 20, 11:30) I heard 1 Louisiana waterthrush
sing once while I was hiking in the new Beaman Park with a friend. The bird was
actually just outside the park at the junction of Henry creek and the Little
Marrowbone creek north of the Creekside trailhead. I heard it chip a few times
after it sang and then it became quiet again. For those not familiar with the
new park it's a real jewel! The park contains 1500 acres of wild and steep
terrain on the Highland rim of northwestern Davidson county. The park
officially opened last weekend (sorry I don't have the exact directions with
me). This park will undoubtedly be a hot birding spot in years to come.

Other birds heard or seen in the park:
Hairy woodpecker 1
Pileated woodpecker 1
Eastern phoebe 2
American crow 1
Carolina chickadee 4
Eastern tufted titmouse 6
Ruby-crowned kinglet 1
Northern cardinal 2
