[TN-Bird] Long-tailed Jaeger

TN birders:
News from our friends to the immediate north: a likely immature Long-tailed 
Jaeger was seen today from Kentucky Dam.  Perhaps the best place from which to 
observe the bird is the eastern most pull off on the KY Dam.
