[TN-Bird] Loggerhead Shrike still present-Sumner Co.

I took my wife to hopefully get to see the loggerhead shrike, and the bird
didn't disappoint. Heading north on Hwy. 109N, just a few hundred yards
past Hwy. 25 intersection, we spotted the shrike on the NE (right) side of the
road, put our hazards on, and slowly pulled over. We observed the bird
for about 10 minutes(and got a few not so good photos), before it dove down for
some prey and headed into the field and landed on the next fenceline in.
After driving further up the road we saw a few meadowlarks and bluebirds, and
pulled a u-turn as soon as the law allowed.

Saw the shrike again on our second pass through, and did a couple more "loops"
before calling it a day.

I'm not sure if there's a law against pulling over on the side of the road
other than an emergency (we were a full four feet
outside the white line, with our seatbelts and flashers on), but I'm bound to
find out soon enough!

We have recorded this sighting on our GBBC list, as we spent more than 15 min.
in the area.
