[TN-Bird] Lesser Black-Backed Gull

Dale Swant reported a Lesser Black-backed Gull, at 11:30 AM,  25Nov
08--viewed from the VFW parking lot, next to Morris Ferry Bridge (Woods
Reservoir)--Franklin Co, --sighted through both scope and binoculars, on
buoy in direction of what used to be Morris Ferry Boat Dock, but sadly is no
longer.

Could this be our bird of last year, returned to spend another winter with
us?
