[TN-Bird] Lark Sparrow,

Phillippi Pits area.
Lake Co. 
Spotted a bird with white in the tail up on the levee coming South toward The 
access road just before  the road to Phillippi.  It landed on the road and as 
it landed I noted the white in the tail and was able to get a fairly good look. 
As I moved closer it  kept moving away.  Has the bold facial pattern and the 
bold whitish line above the eye. and it has a black dot on the clear chest..  A 
life bird for me.  It flew down onto the lower road and then onto the wire and 
then flew East toward Phillipy.  Probably a first winter bird.     Nancy Moore
