[TN-Bird] Re: Knoxville male Hooded Merganser

I stopped by the pond this morning at 8:30 a.m. and the male Hooded Merganser
has now been joined by 2 females. There was also a Great Blue Heron on the
concrete wall overlooking the pond. This, of course, is in Knox County.

Dr and Morrell Rd yesterday, there was a male hooded merganser. While working
there, the bird took off and flew out of sight heading southeast. Then, about
15 minutes later, it returned. It was still there when I left around 2:30pm. >
