[tn-bird] Kingston Steam Plant, Roane Co.

Tn-birders,
Dollyann and I went to Kingston steam plant (Roane County) today to see if 
anything was hunkering down during the rain. All we found was a lone Herring 
Gull. 

We also went to Ft. Loudon Dam (Loudon County), but all we found there was a 
lone Black-crowned Night-Heron.

Maybe tomorrow....
