[TN-Bird] Kingston Red-Necked Phalarope

I'd really like to see those phalaropes that Bob Howdeshell found at the
Kingston Steam Plant yesterday. Not sure when I can get there (darn job), So
I'd appreciate knowing if anyone tries for them and either finds them or not.
