[TN-Bird] KY L-T Jaeger update

Mark Monroe called saying that the L-t Jaeger is still on Kentucky Lake
above the dam. It is a closer to the Ky Dam Village
State Park today.  He is getting a pretty good look
from the point near KY Dam marina which is on the
west side of the dam.
