Jackson Islands, Nolichucky River off Charlie Carson Rd. in Washington Co.

I found some newly arrived neotropical migrants this morning in the cane
thickets and riparian woodland on the Jackson Islands on the Nolichucky
river.

Common Yellowthroat (5)
Yellow-breasted Chat (1)
Scarlet Tanager (1 male)
Red-eyed Vireo (3)
White-eyed Vireo (2)

Other birds of interest included,
Osprey (1)
Spotted Sandpiper (1)
Wood Duck (2)
