[TN-Bird] Isl. 13 and White Lake, Tn

Is. 13, Lake Co. Tn
White Lake, Dyer Co. Tn
Headed for Is. 13 this morning to see if it was accessible and see how the Ol.
Miss had left it when it receded.
Gate is open and road is in "good" shape. One section of the last leg where
you go through the trees the low spot was muddy but I could of driven in today
without a problem. Only bird I saw driving in was a beautiful Blue Grosbeak.
And heard a Peewee.

When you get to the sand you see a large lake now and the channel for the
barges is on the Mo. side.

There is some good habitat along the edges and there were about 50 shorebirds
that I could see. Some were too far to ID.

20 Least SP
1 Semi Pal
7 Lesser Yellowlegs
15 Pectoral SP
 2- Spotted Sp

On the road out to the road you turn on to get to Is.13 there is a wet area in
the trees that had about 100 G. Egrets sitting in trees and flying up. Only a
few G.B. Herons there.

Further down the road
in a visible pool I found

 30 Bluewing Teal
 25 Mallards
10 Least SP
6 Spotted SP
1 N. Shoveler
