[TN-Bird] In Memoriam Louise Ward

Louise Ward, TOS Director-at Large from West Tennessee died on Tuesday, 
February 22 in McKenzie, Tennessee. Mrs Ward was the mother of Donna 
Ward, our current Secretary.  Mrs Ward was a faithful attendee at TOS 
meetings throughout the years. We will miss her quiet counsel.
