[TN-Bird] Iceland Gull

Lake Co. Tn
NE of PRison.
Carlyle Manous and I found one Iceland gull today on Proctor Ciry Rd . We went 
back and forth a few times between Van Works and Proctor City Rd and finally 
saw the Gulls at the prison all come up and circle and some of them left the 
lagoon area and headed toward the Proctor City Rd.  We had a great look.
