[TN-Bird] Hooded Crane seen today - 12/18

Stan Wallace and I visited the Hiwassee Refuge viewing area (Meigs Co.) today
and saw the Hooded Crane from our arrival at 9:00am to around 10:45 when it
crossed to the right of the gravel road and went out of sight.
Hooded crane - 1
Whooping crane - 1 juv. (briefly)
Sandhill crane - couple thousand?
Gadwall - 2
Mallard - 3
Ring-necked duck - 10
Hooded merganser - lots on arrival
Double-crested cormorant
Ring-billed gull
Boneparte's gull
Bald eagle - 3 (2 adults at nest across water, 1 juv. circling)
Red-tailed hawk - 1
Cooper's hawk - 1
American kestral - 1
Belted kingfisher - 1
along Hwy-58 heading home:
Bald eagle - 2 ad.
Red-shouldered hawk - 1
American kestral - 7
